Surrendered to police in 2000 after being charged with abusing two brothers 12/98-4/99. Had been removed and in treatment at St. Luke’s prior to surrendering. Assigned to parish in NY state 1995-99; apparently was visiting in CT at time of assaults. Convicted. Got three years suspended sentence and 10 years probation. Listed on sex offender registry in Washington, D.C. as of 8/09. On Dominicans St. Joseph Province list in late 2018. On Hartford archdiocese’s list 1/22/19. On Norwich diocese’s list 2/22/19. Laicized in 2011. Died in 2015. Added to Columbus diocese’s list 12/3/19.
