Fr. Victor Phelan
Attorney Garabedian announced a settlement on behalf of one person in 9/13. Although Phelan spent most of his career in the African countries of Burkina Faso and Ghana as a member of the “White Missionaries,” he was assigned for at least one year (1977) in Plainfield in the Newark Archdiocese. Not indexed in Official Catholic Directory after 1992.
