Named publicly as accused when added to the diocese’s list in 12/18. Parish priest, taught at Bishop O’Hara High School in Dunmore, chaplain for Forest Lakes Council Boy Scouts. Died in 1999. Multiple allegations of abuse of boys. Separate lawsuits filed by four men in 8/19, claiming abuse by Pulicare over seven years when they were ages 7-14.
