Named publicly as accused on the diocese’s list 1/17/19. Multiple substantiated allegations of abuse against him occurring in about 1950. Sick leave 1932-33, hospital chaplain 1933-35. Several parish assignments, including St. Matthew’s in Green Bay 1948-72. The diocese’s 4/19 list notes allegations also of abuse 1960-68. Died in 1983.
