Fr. Jose H. Rodriguez
In 2003 the Diocesan Review board said Rodriguez was accused in 1999 of sexual abuse occurring more than 20 years prior. Settlement reached with the alleged victim and Rodriguez. Removed from active ministry in 1999. Had assignments in a number of churches in AZ and NM. Shown as “retired” in 2002 Catholic Directory. Per diocese, was at Assumption parish in Overgaard AZ as of 6/20/2005. Included on the diocese’s list of credibly accused.
