Br. C.P. Ryan
Deceased. In a civil suit filed in 1/2008, the plaintiff alleged he was abused in 7th grade by Ryan and Br. Duffy in the 1950s, at Briscoe School in Kent. He also alleged abuse by Fr. Leonard Feeney at O’Dea High. Claims included in 11/2008 and 1/2009 settlements with the Archdiocese and Order. Another civil suit filed 8/26/2010 by three men. One of the men alleged abuse by C.P. Ryan in 1966. Name included on the Seattle archdiocese’s list 1/15/2016 of clergy and religious with admitted, established or credible allegations against them of sexual abuse of a minor. Worked at Briscoe School 1956-1962, 1965-1968. (Also listed is a Br. D.P. Ryan, C.F.C., at Briscoe 1949-1956).
