From Ireland. Placed on leave numerous times 1945 -60. Excardinated to Philadelphia archdiocese in 1965. Died 12/3/76. Accused in 2002 of abuse of a brother and sister in 1945-46. Named in a civil suit. Personnel file released 1/13.
