Fr. Augustus Scott
In 4/12, attorney Garabedian announced that he had recently settled at least one case involving allegation of abuse by Scott. Abuse allegedly occurred several times in Scott’s car between 1969-1970 when accuser was 16. Diocese in 2012 said Scott was not an active priest. Other sources reported he was living in North Carolina.
