Monsignor. Accused of abusing both a boy and a girl, ages 7 or 8, during 1947-58. Named by two plaintiffs in a civil suit filed in 12/03. Died in 1986. Claims included in massive $660M settlement by L.A. archdiocese of over 500 claims 7/14/07.
