Accused in a 6/20 lawsuit of sexually abusing a minor from about 1970 to 1971. Assignments included Army chaplain 1942-46, then NY Army National Guard chaplain. Associate pastor at St. Anthony’s in Albany 1948-63, administrator 1963-66 and pastor 1966-70. Pastor 1970-90 of St. James in Albany. Retired 1990. Died 5/26/04.
