Accused in a suit filed 4/12/2011 of groping and fondling a first grade boy during the 1978-1979 school year at St. James Catholic School in North Miami. Meidinger was the school’s principal. The abuse allegedly occurred under the guise of tucking in the boy’s shirt. Defendants are Archdiocese of Miami, the archbishop, the Dominican Sisters of Adrian MI, and the school. Died in 2001.
