Sister Joan Marie
Accused in a suit filed 4/12/11 of groping and fondling a first grade boy during the 1978-79 school year at St. James Catholic School in North Miami. The abuse allegedly occurred under the guise of tucking in the boy’s shirt. Defendants are Archdiocese of Miami, the archbishop, the Dominican Sisters, and the school.
