Sister Mary Luke
Accused, along with an unnamed priest, of molesting a 10-year-old boy in 1958 at St. Mary’s Home for Boys, an orphanage and care facility. Luke denied the allegations, saying that at the time of the alleged abuse she did not work in the building where the abuse was said to have occurred. In 2006 the plaintiff was to file suit in federal court. Luke was retired but not on restrictions – her order did not believe the allegations.
