Fr. Robert A. Torres
Diocese announced in 9/16 that Torres, a former, laicized priest, sexually abused at least two people over 35 years previously. The abuse involved members of Our Lady of Good Council parish, one referred to as a “youth.” Diocese said Torres admitted abuse, and likely sexually abused at least two or three other young people.Removed from ministry 1994.
