Fr. James C. Tugwood
Per the Diocese in 2/2019, an allegation was made against Tugwood, which the Diocese did not find to be credible. Tugwood’s accuser was allowed to participate in the IRCP (Independent Reconciliation and Compensation Program). The Diocese stated that the IRCP did not find the allegation to be substantiated. Tugwood died 5/13/1999.
