Fr. Paul T. Twiddy
First named publicly as accused by the WDC Archdiocese on its 10/15/18 list, which notes a first report of abuse in 1965. Twiddy was removed, sent for evaluation and treatment, and returned to ministry in 1968. Worked in the Diocese of Monterey 1968-1971. Accused of abuse in CA 1971-1979. Sent to treatment, returned to limited ministry in 1980. In residence in a WDC parish 1980-1986, in out-patient treatment. Retired in 1986. Died 7/2/2009.
