From India, Oblates of St. Joseph (O.S.J.) Named publicly as accused on the Scranton diocese’s list 8/19/18. Pleaded guilty in 1985 to sexually assaulting an altar boy and his sister, both age 9. Sentenced in 1/86 to 5 years’ probation and continued treatment at St. Luke’s Institute. Allowed shortly after sentencing by Bishop Timlin to return to India to care for his parents. In active ministry in Kerala, India in at least one parish 1995-2000.
