Monsignor. Extern priest from Philippines working in the L.A. archdiocese in the early 1990s, without permission. The archdiocese repeatedly told him to cease, and to return to the Philippines. Moved to Dallas diocese in 1996 where he was allowed ministry. Civil suit filed in 2002; dismissed. Accused of abuse 1981-83 in the Philippines. Allegedly raped a nun in the Philippines, who gave birth to a son ion 1983. Dallas Bishop reassigned him to parish after suit dismissed, but parishioners forced him to quit in 2003. The 2010 Catholic Directory showed him to be retired in the Dallas Diocese.
