Last assignment was at St. Francis Cabrini Parish (West Bend) from 1987-93. Settlement paid to survivor in 1993. Was “on leave” 1993-94 and on “sick leave” 1994-99. Retired in 1999. Worked as supply priest. Privileges restricted in 2002. Remained fully restricted from ministry per 3/3/12 statement.
