“William” or “D. William.” Named publicly as credibly accused by the diocese on its 2/22/2019 list. One allegation noted, of the sexual abuse of a boy 1980-1982. Retired in 1993. Died 7/1/2017. The diocese’s list updated 9/24/2019 shows two allegations of the abuse of boys.
