On 8/19 the diocese announced that an allegation that With sexually abused a minor was deemed by the Review Board to be not credible, due to insufficient evidence. The allegation had been made on 3/29/18, and reported to law enforcement. With’s accuser said the alleged abuse occurred 1972-75, while With was assigned to Our Lady of the Cenacle in Queens.
