Witt was a student at Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary when arrested 2/9/2024 on charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. Law enforcement reportedly found that Witt had eight videos involving girls as young as age 6. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s office had been investigating Witt since 9/2023. Prosecutors said Witt had about 230 images and videos showing children being sexually abused. Dismissed from Mount Saint Mary’s. Pleaded guilty in 8/2024. Sentenced in 9/2024 to five years’ probation and six months in a lockdown sex offender treatment program. Ordered to register as a sex offender.
