	Regarding Frank Mullen... Archdiocese of Detroit December 3, 1993 Mr. Frank Mullen is on an administrative leave of absence from his teaching position at Holy Redeemer Parish Elementary School in Detroit to provide the opportunity to deal with personal matters which have arisen. These matters were occasioned by information that recently came to the attention of the Archdiocese of Detroit in accordance with its Policy on Sexual Abuse of Minors. At this stage in the process, this information is in the form of a complaint which goes back a number of years. Additionally, Mr. Mullen was ordained into the transitional diaconate and served on a part-time, volunteer basis at Most Holy Trinity Parish in Detroit. He has been prohibited from the exercise of diaconal ministry. To the extent that these matters do or could involve other individuals, the Archdiacese of Detroit will continue to investigate, respond, and offer pastoral care when and where appropriate.
