MONITUS:

I have held up quite a few advisories from the USCCB concerning the following individuals and groups. I will simply list their names with some brief words of description. If you have contact with any of these individuals and need more information, contact Fr. Alex Sample at the Chancery (227-9111 or the WATS line, Ext. 111):

Fr. Arthur Cunha:

A former priest of the Archdiocese of San Francisco. Criminal conviction for child molestation.

Fr. Marco A. Alvarado:

A priest of the Diocese of Zacapa, Guatemala who had been serving in the Archdiocese of Omaha.

Fr. Jesse Lorete, O.P.:

A Dominican priest from the Philippines who was serving for a time in the Archdiocese of Seattle.

Fr. Phan Huu Hau:

A Vietnamese priest who has been removed from ministry in the Archdiocese of Seattle.

Fr. Vidal Rivas:

A priest of the Diocese of Zacatecoluca (El Salvador) who had been ministering in the Archdiocese of Washington.

Fr. Daniel G. Madigan:

A priest who had previously served in the Archdiocese of Seattle and later in the Diocese of Portland (Maine).

Fr. Paschal Atomori:

A priest of the Diocese of Abeokuta, Ibara, Nigeria who had been ministering in the Archdiocese of Chicago.

"Fr." Moses Akrom:

A man claiming to be a priest from the country of Ghana in Africa who has been involved in some fundraising. Serious doubt exists that he is even a priest.

Franciscan Brothers of Christ the King:

A former private association of the faithful operating in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. They have dissolved themselves as an association. The former members are Francis Skube, Daniel Embrich, James Drangsholt and Eric Pinc.
