	Francis J. " Frank" Rothbauer Steubenville Register March 4, 2011 Francis J. "Frank" Rothbauer , 83, of Carrollton, died Feb. 17 and was buried Feb. 21. A son of Francis and Theresa Kampert Rothbauer, he was a veteran of the United States Army and studied for the priesthood at St. John Vianney Seminary, Bloomingdale. Rothbauer served at a school and parishes in the Diocese of Steubenville, but had not ministered since 1988.
