	Lawyer Asks to Force Therapist's Testimony Boston Herald [Boston MA] May 13, 2003 A lawyer for Bishop Thomas V. Daily, a former Boston Archdiocese official accused of negligence in the Rev. Paul R. Shanley civil case, has filed an emergency motion to compel an alleged victim's therapist to testify. Lawyer Randall E. Ravitz filed the papers Friday stating Dr. Paula Stahl's deposition is necessary to determine if ``permanent personal injuries'' sustained by former Newton CCD student Gregory Ford are due to sexual abuse by the priest or other causes
