	Judge Refuses to Dismiss Lawsuit Capital News 9 [Albany NY] September 21, 2004 A Massachusetts court ruling is having a big impact on the Albany Catholic Diocese. Late last week, a Massachusetts judge refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed against accused sexual predator and former priest, Father Dozia Wilson. Attorney John Aretakis, who has represented several alleged victim's of clergy sex abuse, calls it a landmark decision and a huge blow to the Diocese and Bishop Howard Hubbard. Aretakis said, "Now the courts in the commonwealth of Massachusetts have said that Joe Woodward and I can reveal and expose all of Bishop Hubbard's secrets about moving around and hiding pedophile priests like Dozia Wilson and many others." Aretakis claims Wilson abused Joe Woodward more than 20 years ago, and they said both Bishop Hubbard and Former Cardinal Bernard Law fought to cover it up. Kenneth Goldfarb of the Albany Diocese released a statement saying, "I will not comment on many of the statements that cannot be supported by the facts."
