Gregory Stanley Dempsey faces three counts of statutory rape and three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. Dempsey serves as the Senior Pastor at Middle Valley Methodist Church in Hixson. This past weekend he spoke at a joint service of churches in Middle Valley, attended by several local dignitaries. Dempsey will appear before a judge May 26th for his preliminary hearing.
