Organizers from a victim's rights group say a former priest with a history of abusing children has been living nearby in Biddeford without parents knowing about it.

Many parents aren't happy about members of S.N.A.P. protesting at the entrance of Saint James School.

But, the group says it just wants to inform parents and protect children.

According to the Roman Catholic Diocese, the Bishop stated last month he was serisouly considering releasing the names of priests who were removed from ministry years ago for these accusations but without public notification.
