The plaintiff claims the abuse, which began in 1968, happened at the Little Flower Catholic Church and lasted for several months. The old church, located in El Paso's Lower Valley, was torn down several years ago, but has been moved to a new facility. The man making the allegations, claims the priest would serve him wine after mass, and then sexually assault him. The abuse he suffered, he says has scarred him for life.
