BATON ROUGE- Father Tom Duhe has been exonerated by the Diocese of Baton Rouge for any wrongdoing in connection with a molestation case.

Bishop Robert Muench told News 2 an investigation conducted by a board appointed by the Diocese found no wrongdoing.

"This is a ten person panel of people and they unanimously recommended to me that they felt there was no substantiation of the charge received," Muench said.

Parishioners of St. Thomas Moore where Father Duhe worked were elated tonight.
