	No Charges to Be Filed against Elm Grove Priest WISN March 2, 2011 http://www.wisn.com/r/27047507/detail.html ELM GROVE, Wis. -- An Elm Grove priest investigated for sexually molesting a minor more than three decades ago will not face criminal charges. The district attorney told 12 News Father Laurin Wenig will not be charged because the statute of limitations had run out. Wenig wrote a letter to parishioners at St. Mary's Visitation church, denying the allegations. The Milwaukee Archdiocese said they are now investigating.
