Catholics across the Archdiocese of Philadelphia visited their parish churches for Ash Wednesday services today to learn that 21 priests had been put on administrative leave, because of allegations of sexual abuse or other inappropriate behavior with minors.
While the archdiocese reviews their cases there is no presumption of guilt, according to Cardinal Justin Rigali.
