  Plymouth Death Ruled a Homicide

According to a Friday afternoon press release Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Plymouth Police Chief Steven Temperino are investigating the homicide of John Labbe, age 54. After an autopsy conducted Friday Dr. Thomas Andrew, Chief Medical Examiner, ruled Labbe's death a homicide as the result of gunshot wounds.

Labbe was found deceased in a building on his property at 761 Texas Hill Road, Plymouth, New Hampshire on Thursday afternoon.

Police do not currently have anyone in custody and are asking anyone with information about Mr. Labbe's actions on September 6 through 8 are to contact the New Hampshire State Police at (603) 271-3636.
