A suspended Diocese of Scranton priest accused of performing sex acts with a minor waived his right a preliminary hearing Wednesday.

The Rev. William Paulish, 56, 450 Third St., Blakely, was arrested in September after he was caught in his car with a 15-year-old boy in the parking lot at Penn State Worthington Scranton campus.

He faces a charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person under 16 and related charges. He is free on bail while awaiting formal arraignment, scheduled for Dec. 13 in county court.
