	Accused Seminarian Surrenders to Police Baltimore Sun January 14, 1995 TOWSON — A Roman Catholic seminary student charged in a warrant Tuesday with child abuse and battery of a 15-year-old Essex boy surrendered to Baltimore County police yesterday. Brian Keith Olkowski, 22, who was studying for the priesthood in Scranton, Pa., had been working for the Archdiocese of Baltimore, which dismissed him last month. He is accused of buying beer for the boy, then 14, and molesting him Nov. 26. Police said Mr. Olkowski was being held on $ 20,000 bail at the White Marsh precinct.
