	Priest Pleads Innocent El Paso Times September 21, 1999 An El Paso Catholic priest pleaded innocent Monday to a charge of indecency with a child in connection with the alleged fondling of a 13-year-old boy at a pool party in the summer of 1998. The Rev. Jose Alfredo Olivas, 44, was arraigned in the 243rd District Court. He was the chief priest at Santo Ni?o de Atocha Church for seven years, but he has been put on administrative leave by the Diocese of El Paso.
