Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 4:00 PM ET) — A Catholic diocese urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday not to revive a federal lawsuit in which Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. fought coverage of lawsuits brought by hundreds of alleged victims of sexual abuse, arguing the insurance issues should be decided in a parallel state court action instead.
