An investigation that began in October of 2012 is leading to the arrest of at least four people in Lawton.

Last year, officers with the Lawton Police Department were dispatched to the Sequoyah House, a juvenile group home for children in custody of the Department of Human Services.

Officers spoke with a worker there who said some of the residents had reported a staff member had been exposing himself and performing lewd acts in front of the juveniles.

That lead to the arrest of 28-year-old Bobby Glen Burrell. He is charged with sexual abuse of a child. Arrest warrants were issued for three people police say knew what Burrell was doing to the children.
