Convicted sex offender and former priest Daniel McCormack, 44, is being accused, again, of sexually abusing one of the boys in his church.
Six years ago, McCormack, the pastor of St. Agatha Church, was removed from the priesthood and sentenced to five years in prison in 2007.
Now, a 21-year-old man is suing Francis Cardinal George, saying McCormack fondled him twice when he was a boy.
