After a thorough analysis of the collected documentation, the Apostolic See has recognized that the accusations against Archbishop Gądecki are unfounded – we can read in the communiqué of the Apostolic Nunciature in Poland of June 8 2021.
Following formal notifications, the Holy See has conducted an investigation into the alleged negligence of Archbishop Stanislaw Gądecki in cases of sexual abuse committed against minors by a priest of the Archdiocese of Poznan and a priest of the Diocese of Bielsko-Zywiec.
„After a thorough analysis of the collected documentation, the Holy See has found the above accusations to be unfounded, and therefore the complaints filed in these cases are dismissed, and the proceedings are considered concluded,” says the communiqué.

Communiqué concerning the alleged negligence of Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki
Acting on the basis of the provisions of the Code of Canon Law and Pope Francis’ Motu Proprio Vos estis lux mundi, the Holy See, following formal notifications, has conducted an investigation into the alleged negligence of Archbishop Stanislaw Gądecki in cases of sexual abuse committed against minors by a priest of the Archdiocese of Poznan and a priest of the Diocese of Bielsko-Zywiec.
After a thorough analysis of the collected documentation, the Holy See has found the above accusations to be unfounded, and therefore the complaints filed in these cases are dismissed, and the proceedings are considered concluded.

Komunikat Nuncjatury Apostolskiej w Polsce
Po dokładnej analizie zebranej dokumentacji, Stolica Apostolska uznała oskarżenia wobec abp. Gądeckiego za bezpodstawne – czytamy w komunikacie Nuncjatury Apostolskiej w Polsce z dn. 8 czerwca br.
W następstwie formalnych zgłoszeń, Stolica Apostolska przeprowadziła postępowanie dotyczące rzekomych zaniedbań abp. Stanisława Gądeckiego w kwestii nadużyć seksualnych popełnionych wobec osób małoletnich przez jednego kapłana archidiecezji poznańskiej i jednego kapłana diecezji bielsko-żywieckiej.
„Po dokładnej analizie zebranej dokumentacji, Stolica Apostolska uznała powyższe oskarżenia za bezpodstawne, wobec czego skargi złożone w tych sprawach zostają oddalone, a postępowanie uznaje się za zakończone” – podaje komunikat.

Stanisława Gądeckiego w sprawach nadużyć seksualnych popełnionych wobec osób małoletnich przez jednego kapłana archidiecezji poznańskiej i jednego kapłana diecezji bielsko-żywieckiej.
