Fr. Francis Emil Dilla
Accused of abuse at St. Simon’s in Chicago 1964-1965. Removed from public ministry in 2/1992. Died 2/2/2005. First identified as an abuser in the 3/20/2002 Archdiocesan Report. Retired in 1993. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report, noting three “reported survivors.”
