Named publicly as credibly accused by the Dodge City diocese on its list 10/1/2019. Noted to not have been permitted to function as a priest since 2007. Allegations of abuse occurring in the mid-1980s were substantiated. Included on the Diocese of Tucson’s list of credibly accused. Deceased.
