Accused in the early 1990s by a woman of abusing her when she was 15. Jeub was already under investigation by the Archdiocese for problems with adult women. Evaluated and treated. Not actively ministering as of 7/1992. Civil suit filed in 1992. The woman turned down a $125K settlement. Jury found that he had not abused her. Returned to active status until 2002 when he was permanently removed. Another woman settled with Jeub and the Archdiocese over abuse when she was minor in 1969. Name included in the Addendum to Duluth’s 12/31/2013 list. Laicization announced 11/29/2017.
