Deacon Michael Willard Weber

Former seminary student and deacon for several months in 1969-1970 at Church of the Holy Spirit in St. Cloud. Went on to become involved in various public service and community activities until 2011, when he resigned from most. The Diocese announced in 11/2011 that it had learned of two credible sexual abuse allegations against Weber. The claims were reported to police. A total of 9 accusers had come forward by 12/2011. A lawsuit filed by a man 12/13/2011 claimed abuse in 1970; settled in 7/2012. Weber’s name was included on the St. Cloud diocese’s 1/3/2014 list.
