One of four priests at St. Simon Stock in the Bronx alleged to have sexually abused a 16-year-old boy 1/1996-8/1998. The priests were said to have offered the boy money for sex, threatening to harm him if he told. Also accused of participating in mutual masturbation with the other priests while the boy watched. The boy and his family reported the abuse to the Archdiocese in 1999. A lawsuit was filed in 2000 and settled by 2002. Albino was removed from ministry and laicized. Included on the Archdiocese’s 4/26/2019 list of credibly accused.
