Fr. Edward Balser
Retired in 2003. Removed from public ministry as announced by the diocese in 7/19, due to a credible accusation that he sexually abused a girl in the 1950s. The abuse allegedly began in 1953 when Balser was a seminarian, and continued beyond his 1956 ordination.
