Fr. Thomas Joseph Beauregard
Accused publicly in 2002 of abusing at least three teenage girls 1964-1966, while a religion instructor at Central Catholic High School. He allegedly ordered girls to strip off their clothes during counseling sessions, took pictures of them, and fondled at least one. He also was said to sometimes take off his clothes and lie on top of the girls. Removed in 1994 from his parish assignment after a woman complained. Assigned to the Marriage Tribunal until at least 2002. Barred from public ministry. Allegations deemed substantiated. Included in the Diocese’s status report in 2/2005. Died 2/1/2005.
