Br. Joseph Giles Bisaillon
From Quebec, Canada. Named publicly as credibly accused by the Dominicans St. Joseph Province on its list in late 2018. The list notes that Bisaillon professed vows in 1948 and was dispensed from vows in 1959. There is no indication as to when or where the alleged abuse occurred. (We’re placing Bisaillon in the New York archdiocese, where the province is based.) He died 5/16/1989. Per his obituary, Bisaillon was a Dominican brother 1934-1958. He later became church sexton at St. Paul and Augustine Parish in Washington D.C., until relocating in 1980 to St. Petersburg, FL.
