Fr. Ronald L. Bruckner
At least six men alleged abuse by Bruckner in the 1970s and 1980s when they were in middle school in Albuquerque. Several reported to Archbishop Sheehan in 1995. Bruckner was investigated in 1995 and 2004 by the review board, but not removed. Had a third evaluation in 3/2005 after a sixth man claimed abuse in the 1970s. Placed on leave and ‘retired’ in 3/2005. Lost all privileges in 9/2005. Still representing himself in 1/2008 as a priest of the Santa Fe archdiocese. On Santa Fe archdiocese list of accused 9/12/2017. Suit v Boy Scouts names Bruckner and Rev. Robert Malloy 12/2018. Bruckner died 4/3/2020.
