Fr. Albert L. Carman
Accused of abusing a teenage boy at Loras Academy, Dubuque, in 1954. Died in 1980. Claims included in a 2/2006 settlement with the Archdiocese. At least one more claim of abuse 1965-1966 was included in a $4.7M settlement with the Archdiocese in 3/2008 involving 9 priests.
